our leather tannery is existing since 25 years with production capacity 793/day hides.Is one of the oldest member of vanitech a common effluent treatment plant (cetp) based on RO and Zero liquid discharge(ZLD) holding shares worth more than Rs.1.5 crores(US$220,000).The tannery has 44000 sq.ft with built up area of more than 20,000 sq.ft.The total worth of tannery is more than US $800,000.The tannery needs major renovation like replacing roof with acc sheets and machinery addition and upgradtion.So we need shariah compliant investor who could finance our infrastructure and buisness to the tune of US$400,000.The investor can be a sleeping partner,or can support with advice as well.The fund utilized for infrasture development around USD 200,000 will remain fixed asset and the rest will go toward buisness. investor will get 25% share in all company holding(infrastructure&buisness).The investment in buisness can go up gradullay with increase in share accordingly with time
