Venture capital Needed

I have been posting ads on This site for the past 5years or so, trying to raise funds for an Ice Cream Manufacturing company in Cape Town, and I have finally found a legitimate lender who will fund my project. However because it has taken me so many years to find a real lender, I have used up all the capital that I had as collateral and I need some one to assist me with US$ 250,000.00 for 21 days, I will refund this to the lender in 21 days plus a further USD 100,000 for there assistance, I am also prepared to pay you 5% of all net profits made by my company for the next 5 years to say thank you for making my dream come true.
