Pharma manufacturing company in Bangalore - Investors and partners

By default I visited this website today. It gave me immense pleasure to see that more and more of Pharmacy and management students are interested in getting there own Pharmaceutical manufacturing plant established. In this regard kindly note down my suggestions as below:

1. The investment part can be as low as Rs. 1 crore if u wana start with minimum two to three sections: Tablets, Capsules and Oral Liquids. (Area Criteria applies)

2. If you wana start with only one section the investment part can be further decreased.

3. Now the real question arises and that is “How to operate a Pharma Company”

4. For this you need to have some associates who have good know how of prevalent marketing tactics in Pharma Industry, can handle all aspects of sales, manufacturing, purchase and accounts.

5. This is the major part and is many times left unattended behind the curtains of margins one can really earn if he owns a Pharma industry.

6. In my opinion it is better to market first (Though you have to pay some more amount for the products) without having the liabilities of a unit and reach at least some benchmark in sales and then after go for manufacturing unit.

7. You can start with a franchisee of a company for limited area of operations or go for Third party manufacturing of your selected products.

8. The experience you will learn from above will better your route to your dream goal.
