equity research job -how to follow Islamic principles

equity research on the sell side involves recommending your research to your clients so that your clients can buy the stock. how should one approach the job while keeping Islamic principles first . keeping aside all the haram business (gambling, wine e.t.c) . if one recommends stocks on general companies but these companies have significant income coming from interest and give out interest on their bonds also. should a muslim financial analyst be concerned that his recommendations is helping promoting interest and violating ALLAH subhanhu's commandments. ? does the process of purification of divdend income and capital gain lies only with investor investing on the basis of anlayst's research ?
