fyi, my project will include a small cafe, an office, changing room, ample parking space, and at least 2 futsal courts with mini grandstand.

i would prefer to start off quite simple but with quality futsal products (eg. court, nettings, etc). ive done research on that. with that, i include my own theme to make it interesting.

cost of project : USD60k - USD 100k (approximate)

ive no experience working with or in partnership with investors but i want to make a clear understanding and agreement with both parties. The aim of the project it to help the community by gaining interest from the public and to allow people to have a great relationship amongst others. at the same time... making money.
