I have a land or a lot in the most southern atoll in the Maldivs. The atoll name is Addu Atoll. My lot is in the island called Feydhoo just 4 kms from the Gan International Airport.
As a normal Maldivian I have interest on tourism and like to share the idea of leasing or renting the lot for a long term like 30 years or more.
You could rent it from me and build a city hotel in the lot. Or you could make me as a partner.
But I have not enough money to invest for such a hotel. That is a reason why I like to lease or rent it.

Addu Atoll is the atoll where Royal Air Force base was during World War II.
