Recognizing the impact of tourism in terms of tourist volume and carrying capacity in Kashmir valley, has prompted the Company namely Firdous Housing, Hotel & Resorts Private Limited to put forth the instant proposal.

Our company is associated with the business of real estate and construction and keeping in view the expected demand of tourist influx in our valley as an open market for tourism, we propose certain projects in this field of hospitality, along with education, social service and hydroelectric projects. • A Boarding School with a carrying capacity of 1000 persons at around Manasbal Lake in District Ganderbal,44 Km from Srinagar, safe and beautiful place surrounded by mountains and orchard gardens---a congenial atmosphere for studies---- on an area of 8 acres of land, with a total construction cost of Rs. 25-30 crores.
• Last but not the least, due to growing demands of developed plots of land from the valleyties, the company for the purchase of 300 Kanals of land within the city premises requires Investing partners and financers upto an amount of Rs. 20 crores with a pay back assurance within two years.
