(12) Responsible for Maximum use of machinery and man-power &optimizing production performanance.
(13) Co-ordination with installed machine manufacturers in extension of the plant.
(14) Co-ordination with Sales & Marketing to develope and promote new products and new packaging methods.
(15) Implement ,control, and improve GMP and GHP to maximize PRODUCTION and PRODUCTIVITY.
(16) Co-ordination with HR for the planning, recruitment ,orientation training, and performance appraisal of all production staff.
(17) Responsible for set-up of new automated production plant. NEW LAZER -PLANT--ITALY.
